I tried to pay for parking with a $10 bill... would not accept it. There was nothing even wrong with it! I tried both machines, I had to catch my train so I asked the ticket collector what I should do... he said they ticket all the time and he even got a ticket once even though his car clearly says nj transit. So just a warning, don't use cash to pay at those machines....
beware tho the train to NY is on the other side of the tracks

Cheapest daily parking, $3/day, feels like a safe area, and can leave vehicles overnight, never had an issue
small train station. no heated waiting area during winter.
