Dennis, the service advisor was very helpful. I did have to bring my car back because they missed something but they offered me a loaner car for 5 days!

The service department is outstanding, and the sales and service staff and owners are amazing, genuinely nice people. They have built a world class organization with a long term commitment to their customers. Their showroom and service area is warm, friendly and a model of what a car dealership should be. I've been going there for decades and consistently have an extremely positive experience.
Brian King a very non helpful guy and seemed to have no interest in pushing forward to a deal on a e class. Didn't take any info down and called his own coworker a name in an inappropriate way in front of us customers his name was Eric by the way. Overall it was a okay atmosphere but Brian however seems to not belong there. I will continue to try and get the vehicle in the most efficient way whether it's with someone else at contemporary or at a different dealership.
